Being a part of a common goal gives me purpose. Having worked as project manager for two very different companies, I understand that what draws me to a career in project management is problem-solving.
Each unique project requires strategic and creative thought. I’m excited to: Put ideas into action, take risks, communicate with clients, collaborate with a team, and see a vision come to life.

Journalism
Since I was a little girl, I have loved to write– songs, stories, and anything else that came to mind. I had a journal named Peanut and we talked everyday.
When I chose to study journalism, I was able to embellish my natural love for writing with ethics, law, business, and fashion. Journalism school taught me the value of a story. Everyone and everything has a story, and I got the chance to tell a few.

Art
Growing up in a creative household, art has always been an element in my life. With a graphic designer as a father, and a landscape designer as a mother, I know art, and its expression, comes in many forms.
Personally, I choose to express myself through painting, sewing, and knitting. Although a bit weary to share as a part of my portfolio– my art is a reflection of who I am and how I think.
